While the online shopping portion of our website will close Monday, August 18th at 8:00 p.m. PST, our website will remain live, and will continue to feature our latest promotions, event details, and helpful information to make the most of your visits. Over the coming months, you’ll also see a refreshed look and new features to make it even easier to discover what’s happening at Big Box Outlet Store.

Our online store will officially close as of 8:00pm PST Monday August 18th.
The eCommerce site will be deactivated as of Monday August 18th at 8:00pm PST. Once the online portion of the site is deactivated no more orders will be able to be placed. Any orders placed prior to the shutdown date will be fulfilled.
All current orders will be processed and shipped as expected. You'll continue to receive tracking information and email updates just as you always have.
We will continue to honour our return and exchange policies for online purchases. You can initiate a return or exchange through our Customer Care at 1-877-940-2267 or email service@bbos.ca

Standard BBOS return policies apply to all online purchases: 7 days for non-members and 30 days for members.

If you don't live within driving distance of a store, returns by mail will still be accepted within our policy time frame.
Absolutely! Our full range of products are available at all 21 store locations across BC and Alberta. We also have exciting in-store events and limited-time exclusives planned.
Yes. All gift cards will remain valid for in-store purchases at any Big Box Outlet Store location.

If you have an online-only gift card, our team can exchange it for an in-store gift card of the same value. Please contact Customer Care for assistance.
All personal information has been securely removed from our servers.

Sales records will be retained only as required by law and tax authorities and stored securely offline.
Membership points can still be redeemed in-store.
