Alexandre Allain was born with cystic fibrosis. Illness forged his unfailing character and developed his overflowing optimism. In 2014, in order to raise public awareness of cystic fibrosis, he toured Europe and crossed 19 countries in a Renault 6 with two friends. On July 17, 2017, he faced his greatest challenge: a bi-lung transplant. After a year of difficult convalescence and many rejections, he embarked on a new adventure: crossing the Atlantic under sail with a crew. With one intention: to make the general public aware of cystic fibrosis, again and again, but also of organ donation. Alexandre's objectives are numerous: to bring a breath of hope to all those who suffer from illness or disability, to give meaning to each adventure in life, share your capacity for resilience and, above all, show that you can overcome all adversities. In short, a life lesson full of humanity and hope.
