7 Days Satisfaction Return Policy

  • All product purchased online and at our local stores has a 7 day satisfaction period unless specifically noted at the time of sale.

  • Return of funds is issued back to the original method of payment.

  • If the product(s) purchased online and delivered by postal service - The 7-day return term starts on the day the product is received at the destination address.  Refund requests can be made by email to . Please quote your order number. We will then provide a return postage label. Refund will be issued upon receiving the product back by postage.

    • Alternatively, the product can be returned to your nearest Big Box Outlet Store and refund will be issued.

  • If product(s) purchased online and picked up at store a refund can be requested at the pick-up store

  • If the product(s) purchased at a local store, a full refund is available with the presentation of paper receipt.

14 Day Return Policy - In Store Credit

  • Online purchased products may be exchanged or online store credit given after the 7 day satisfaction time has lapsed within 14 days of the original product receive date.

  • Local in store purchased products may be exchanged or in-store credit given after the 7 day satisfaction time has lapsed within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Return Exceptions

  • No exchange or no refund on undergarments.

  • No exchange or no refund on merchandise deemed "Final Sale".

  • No exchange or no refund on Furniture, however, warranty applies.

  • No exchange or no refund on Gas powered products (ie lawn mowers, generators, snow blowers), however, warranty applies.

  • No exchange or no refund on products is damaged or fails due to human error or “mother nature”

Note: This limited warranty is provided by Big Box Outlet Store to you as the original purchaser of the product(s) you purchased.

We warrant the Product to you against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a term specified (see below - depends on product classification)  from the date of your original retail purchase from us.

This limited warranty applies only to hardware components of the Product. If the Product proves defective during the warranty period, and you follow the instructions that we will provide to you for returning the Product, we will, at our option, take one of the following actions:

(i) replace the Product with either a new or a refurbished Product that is the same as or similar to the Product you purchased;
(ii) repair the Product using either new or refurbished parts;
(iii) refund to you the purchase price in the form of store credit or purchase price.

There is no assurance, representation or warranty that any replacement Product will be identical to or will offer the same functionalities as the Product returned to us. Technological advances and Product availability may result in your receiving a replacement Product with a lower selling price than the original Product you purchased. In all cases, Product comparability will be determined by us at our sole discretion.
This limited warranty applies only to Products purchased for our Canadian Online store and our local Canadian Stores.

Warranty Exclusions:

(1) If the Product is a consumable product (for example, an ink cartridge), this limited warranty is null and void with respect to the Product as soon as the consumable part of the Product (for example, the ink) has been consumed.
(2) This limited warranty applies only to Products that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or other external causes, unauthorized use, alterations or repair, or commercial use.
(3) This limited warranty is not transferable to any subsequent purchaser or recipient of the Product.

This limited warranty applies to any replacement Product or part, or to any repair, for the remainder of the original warranty period or for 90 days from its shipment to you, whichever period is longer.

All parts and Products that you return to us and for which we give you a refund or replacement will become our property upon our receipt, and you agree that any unexpired part of this limited warranty on the replaced or refunded part or Product also transfers to us. Failure to ship the damaged part or Product back to us may result in your being charged for the replacement part or Product at full retail price.

If your product requires warranty service, please bring your product into the store where you made your purchase. If the purchase was made online, contact Customer service will ask you questions to determine your eligibility under this limited warranty. If you are eligible, a replacement order, repair order or refund will be issued, and you’ll be given instructions for returning the defective Product, postage paid. If we choose to send you a replacement or to repair your product, we will pay the cost of shipping the replacement or repaired Product to you.
